don’t forget the countless other sites absent of the mug, but with the coffee stains. Maybe you could get away with copying by saying that it was a tea mug.

    Hey Edwin,

Yeah I also noticed that as well. I suppose I could have included a section dedicated to “stains” alone, heh.

Like I said, some of them are done nicely, but others it just seems like a little much.

I really liked Ernesto Graf, and Point of Entry.

    Anyway, thanks for stopping by!

Hi, thanks for this great like.
It’s very interresting to see the lot of websites who use common object (coffe cups, iphone, cloud :D).

Thanks! I was just working on a redesign of my website and I think this post has steered me clear of a very tired and clichéd path. I don’t mean to say at all that all of these sites are cliché, but some are getting close! Some are really beautiful, though too!

ooh! ooh! I’ve got a great and original idea! I’m gonna go redesign my website so that I’ve got a coffee cup on it somewhere and make it remind me of my work environment! That’s such a crazy unique idea!

    May I mention my own?

    http://www.simplyfull.com/

I thought about it being a cliché, but in my case I think it’s relevant to my site name. What else is considered full while there is still space in it.

Hey Steve, I guess I see what you are saying, but then again you could apply that thought process to just about anything involving volume, right?

    Thanks for sharing
