noupe gets a fresh new look

For those of you out there who have never visited noupe, I will wait while you do so now. If you are back after checking it out, thank god, because they have a lot to keep you busy over there. They have just gone through a redesign, and it looks great. The previous design was nice as well, but I think they out-grew the layout, which brings us to today.
Some of the nice things about the site:
- User submitted news (that actually give traffic)
- Great tutorials
- Loads of freebies
- The latest design news
- LOTS of comments & subscribers
Anyway, that is all I have for now. Definitely add noupe to your list when you are submitting design news, or new posts.
