Not enough hours in the day

I am willing to go out on a limb here and say that I am not the first to have said this, “there aren’t enough hours in the day”. It is the absolute, stone solid, biblical truth. Just trying to get the normal bare essential daily tasks done, take nearly a day in itself. This is enough to make even the best of multi-taskers go insane.
All I want to do when I get home, is urinate, eat dinner, watch tv and have a strong drink…typically in that order, although some of the previous may require more than one visit (usually the drink…). It seems like there just is not enough time to get everything I need to, or want to get done in just a mere 24 hours.
Right now, I am starting to pick up with some more jobs, which is always a good thing, so no complaints there. Ah, well, I suppose it is better to be buy than to have absolutely nothing to do. Although, I do remember the glory days of being in college and in my old band, with such a laid back schedule, I can’t imagine living like that right now. I think I could manage…hah.
